Mentor coaching gives you a structured space to examine how you coach, receive feedback grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and develop your own coaching style with greater awareness and intention.
I work online with ACC and PCC credentialed coaches who want to deepen their practice, return to active coaching or meet their professional development and renewal requirements.

I work online with ACC and PCC credentialed coaches who want to deepen their practice, return to active coaching or meet their professional development and renewal requirements.
I currently offer individual mentor coaching only.
Sessions last one hour and can be booked as a package of three. The package is designed for coaches who want to strengthen their practice while earning Core Competency credits toward credential renewal.
ACC coaches completing the full ten-hour requirement may combine these three individual hours with eligible group mentor coaching elsewhere.
Group mentor coaching may be introduced in the future. In the meantime, I am happy to refer coaches seeking a group programme to reputable providers.
Here is how the hours count toward your credential, depending on where you are in your renewal cycle:
ACC
For ACC renewal, the sessions count as three of the ten required mentor coaching hours.
PCC
For PCC renewal, they may count as Core Competency CCE credits.
By the end of our three sessions, you will understand your strengths, recognise habits that may be getting in your way and know what to practise next. If you are returning to coaching after a break, this is also a space to reconnect with your practice and rebuild confidence at your own pace.
The aim is not to make you coach like someone else, but to help you become more intentional, confident and effective in your own way.
If you are ready to receive honest and practical feedback, let’s start with a conversation.
