From the inside out

For more than 30 years, I led teams and operations through growth, transformation and international expansion. I built organisations across borders, worked through acquisitions and complex transitions, and learned what it takes to turn strategic decisions into change that actually works in practice.

That experience is what I now bring to my clients.

I work with growing and mid-sized organisations navigating change across borders, cultures and stages of development. I also mentor coaches who want to deepen their practice and grow with greater confidence and intention.

My work combines senior leadership experience with systemic consulting, coaching and facilitation. I do not arrive with a standard formula. I bring honesty, curiosity and full commitment to every engagement. Having lived these transitions myself, I meet clients where they are.

II grew up across cultures and built a career across borders. Navigating complexity and difference has never been abstract for me. It is simply how I have always moved through the world.

I hold ICF credentials at PCC, and ACTC level and ICF Mentor coaching specialisation at MCS-ACC and MCS-PCC levels. I also hold EMCC Senior Practitioner and EMCC ITCA credentials and am an active member of Slovensko coaching združenje (Slovene Coaching Association).
